Two Robbers Gang Busted

The Taxila Police on Wednesday busted two different gangs of robbers involved in various robbery and street crime activities and arrested their five members

On Wednesday, Taxila Police made significant strides in combating crime by apprehending members of two separate gangs involved in various robbery and street crime activities, resulting in the arrest of five individuals.

According to a Police spokesperson, a team from Taxila Police successfully dismantled a gang of robbers engaged in multiple criminal activities, leading to the arrest of three suspects. The apprehended individuals were identified as Jehanziab, Shakir, and Zabeeh Ullah.

Simultaneously, another gang of alleged robbers was apprehended, and two of its members were arrested. Additionally, weapons and stolen goods were recovered from their possession. The suspects were identified as Jannat Gull and Junaid Iqbal.

The spokesperson asserted that recovered stolen goods and weapons used in various criminal activities were seized from these individuals. During preliminary interrogation, the arrested suspects confessed to their involvement in various criminal activities, including robberies and street crimes in the area.

The suspects have been transferred to jail for identification parades, the spokesperson added.
