PCB Chairman Naqvi Visits Kakul Training Camp
The visit aims at gathering firsthand insights into the training camp and to extend gratitude to the Pakistan Army for their invaluable support in organising the camp.
Today, Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi visited Kakul in Abbottabad to personally oversee the ongoing fitness camp conducted by trainers from the Pakistan Army for Pakistan’s T20 players.
The purpose of the visit was to gain firsthand insights into the training camp and to express gratitude to the Pakistan Army for their invaluable support in organizing the camp.
The fitness camp has played a crucial role in improving the physical capabilities of Pakistan’s T20 players, ensuring they are in prime condition for upcoming cricketing engagements, including the ICC T20 World Cup scheduled for June this year.
During his visit, Chairman PCB also engaged with the players, personally applauding their dedication and enthusiastic participation in the camp. He expressed contentment with the players’ eagerness and determination to enhance their fitness levels.
Furthermore, Chairman PCB convened a meeting with the selection committee to discuss the team’s composition ahead of the New Zealand T20I series.
