The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) has seized 600 kilograms of meat from dead animals and arrested two suspects at the scene.

A spokesman for the PFA reported that, acting on a tip-off, a PFA team conducted a raid near Painsara on Saturday. They seized 600 kilograms of meat from a dead cow that was being transported to various food outlets, hotels, and restaurants.

The PFA team arrested two suspects at the scene and detained them after registering a case. Further investigation is ongoing.
